2. No Guarantee of Service Availability

While the Company strives to provide reliable and efficient services, it does not guarantee:

• continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Platform

• availability of driver partners at all times or locations

• successful matching of ride requests

• error-free operation of the Platform

3. Driver Conduct and Vehicle Condition

Driver partners are independent service providers and are solely responsible for:

• the operation and condition of their vehicles

The Company does not control or supervise the day-to-day activities of driver partners and cannot guarantee the conduct, behavior, or performance of any driver.

The Company’s role is limited to facilitating ride bookings through the Platform.
